The Pangandaran Regency Government is developing a strategic project in the transportation sector through a Public Private Partnership (PPP) scheme for the construction and maintenance of Public Street Lighting. The project aims to improve safety, comfort, and nighttime economic activity in the Pangandaran area by expanding and improving existing street lighting infrastructure. Currently, there are 4,200 PJU units managed by the Transportation Agency, but most of them are damaged such as corrosion, cables attracted by vehicles, and theft of components. In addition, there is still a need for around 10,947 new PJU units to cover all district roads that have a length of 632.54 km.

SPAM Bandung Raya adalah proyek strategis nasional yang menjadi prioritas pembangunan infrastruktur Jawa Barat. Untuk mempercepat pelaksanaan pembangunan SPAM Bandung Raya maka diusulkan menggunakan skema KPBU. SPAM Bandung Raya, terdiri dari 3 Sistem yang beroperasi secara terpadu. Ketiga sistem tersebut adalah SPAM Sinumbra, SPAM Kertasari dan Cikapundung Hulu. Sistem Pengolahan Air Limbah Domestik (SPALD) adalah proyek yang bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan air limbah untuk dimanfaatkan dipakai kembali untuk kegiatan yang lain. Saat ini, ada satu IPAL yang beroperasi di Jawa Barat. IPAL yang dapat mengakomodasi 375.000 KK (Kepala Keluarga) ini berada di Bojongsoang, Kabupaten Bandung. Dua yang lainnya direncanakan akan dikembangkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan populasi penduduk di wilayah Metropolitan Bandung Raya, IPAL yang pertama berada di Kecamatan Cileunyi. IPAL ini diprediksi dapat mengakomodasi 375.000 KK. IPAL yang kedua berada di Lagadar. IPAL ini juga diprediksi dapat mengakomodasi 375.00) KK. SPALD Bandung Raya bertujuan memanfaatkan air limbah domestik yang dihasilkan menjadi energi dan mengolah lumpur menjadi pupuk organik untuk dijual ke petani-petani organik.
