The Pondok Cina Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) was constructed on land owned by PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero), located within the Pondok Cina Commuter Line Station area. It was officially inaugurated by President Joko Widodo on April 13, 2023. The TOD covers an area of approximately 2.7 hectares and is a result of a collaboration between PT KAI (Persero) and Perum Perumnas. PT KAI holds the land management rights (HPL), while Perumnas holds the building use rights (HGB).

The Co-Working Space & Digital Media Center building is allocated in Tower 2-Galileo, Semesta Mahata Margonda Apartment, in MZ Floor, Galileo Tower with area approximately 1.152 m², that will be develop for :
