He is optimistic that the target can be achieved, considering that West Java has continued to show a positive economic trend throughout this year. He said this momentum can be maintained and even become a breakthrough. The key is collaboration among all stakeholders.

"Previously, economic growth was always below the national average, but today we are above the national average. This means there is collaborative performance from the regional government to the provincial government, and also the business community," he explained.

As an effort to maintain this trend, Dedi Mulyadi also stated that his team will pay attention to detail. This will ensure unnecessary mistakes are avoided.

"I've noticed, from several visits to assess development progress, that the problem is always that the consultants don't understand. So, it's possible that the consultants are recruiting people who aren't very capable, who can see development progress, and most of them are older," he explained.

Therefore, his team will encourage vocational high school graduates to fill these positions. The prerequisite is that the schools must provide truly applicable and technically-driven lessons.
