Investment Climate in Indramayu Becomes More Investor-Friendly and Secure, Reaches Rp1.58 Trillion by Q2 2025, the investment climate in Indramayu Regency is increasingly friendly and secure. By the second quarter of 2025, investment realization had reached Rp1.58 trillion, about 75 percent of the annual target of Rp2.09 trillion.
This achievement has made the Indramayu Regency Government, under the leadership of Regent Lucky Hakim and Deputy Regent Syaefudin, optimistic that this year’s investment target will not only be met but potentially exceeded.
Deputy Regent Syaefudin conveyed this during an inspection of the Public Service Mall (MPP) and the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP) on Monday (August 11, 2025). The visit was to monitor the progress of investments and licensing services in Indramayu.
Head of DPMPTSP Indramayu, R. Wahyu Adhiwijaya, revealed that the Rp1.58 trillion investment realization came from several key sectors. The five largest sectors contributing to investment were manufacturing industry (Rp710 billion), wholesale and retail trade as well as motor vehicle repairs (Rp788 billion), health services (Rp253 billion), water supply and waste management including recycling (Rp207 billion), and real estate (Rp135 billion).
Meanwhile, the five companies with the largest investments in Indramayu were Polytama Propindo (Rp287 billion), Sun Bright Lestari (Rp260 billion), Mitra Plumbon (Rp225 billion), Perumdam Tirta Darma Ayu (Rp206 billion), and Free View Internasional (Rp137 billion).
Deputy Regent Syaefudin said this success reflects increasing investor confidence in Indramayu. “Now, investment in Indramayu is not only profitable but also safe. All parties are committed to creating a comfortable business climate,” he stated.
He added that the growth in investment is expected to drive the local economy and improve community welfare. “This is our shared commitment, so investment continues to rise and brings real benefits,” Syaefudin emphasized.
