BANDUNG - Collaboration between the Regional Government of West Java Province and the regional government of districts/cities in West Java is one of the keys to the success of developing West Java. "If the Provincial Government's performance is cool and the performance of the city districts is cool, then we can overcome problems such as poverty, unemployment and stunting. If we are consistent, united, there will definitely be a solution," said West Java Regional Secretary Herman Suryatman after being appointed as West Java Regional Secretary in the Gedung Sate Hall, Kota. Bandung, Monday, (1/4/2024).

Herman said that the position as West Java Regional Secretary entrusted to him was a mandate that must be maintained and carried out as well as possible. "This trust will be well maintained, solely for the Provincial Government and the people of West Java," he said.

Herman added that this must be undertaken by the governor together with all regional components in West Java. "I will identify and explore the directions for joint 'PR' with several SKPD regarding follow-up," said Herman.

He said that the Regional Secretary has a key performance indicator (KPI), namely General Bureaucratic Reform with a target of 80.75 points.
in 2024, where in 2023 it will still be 79.26. "So we have to increase approximately 1.5 points. There is one KPI but in the sub-indicator breakdown there are 26 items. I will make an Action Plan in the shortest possible time," he said.
