Acting Regent of Kuningan Participates in the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Bank BJB

BANDUNG – Acting Regent of Kuningan, Dr. Drs. H. Raden Iip Hidajat, Mpd attended the 2023 General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) agenda of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah West Java and Banten (Bank BJB).

 

The event was attended by all Regional Heads, Regents/Mayors throughout the Provinces of West Java and Banten, as well as public shareholders which took place at The Trans Luxury Hotel, Jl Gatot Subroto No 289, Bandung, Tuesday (02/04/2024).

 

The meeting was attended by the Acting Governor of West Java, Bey Machmudin, who asked the Board of Directors not to be complacent about the achievements in 2023.

"This is because there are still many things that need to be done to improve Bank BJB's performance because according to my records, the achievements in 2023 will not be better than 2022," said Bey.

 

Bey asked the Board of Directors and staff to focus more on efforts to improve performance in 2024 and the years to come.

“Digital disruption has forced us to carry out transformation in various fields, including banking. "For this reason, I hope that Bank BJB's management will continue to be improved," said Bey.

 

Lastly, Bey hopes that the Board of Directors and staff can maintain integrity and harmonization between directors and staff.

"Strengthen the role of the Board of Directors, staff and staff and continue to maintain harmonization so that there is strong communication but still prioritizing ethics"

 

After the opening, the Bank BJB General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) agenda continued with an internal meeting involving the board of directors, Regional Heads throughout West Java Province and shareholders behind closed doors.
