SUBANG, TINTAHIJAU.COM - After successfully entering the top 5 Best Project Investment Challenge 2024, Perumda Tirta Rangga Subang is now aiming for the title of The Best Project Investment Challenge 2024.

To get to the best title, the Bank Indonesia Team and West Java DPMPTSP conducted an investment challenge 2024 field visit to Subang Regency. The team's first visit was to the Perumda Office on Jl. Darmodihardjo, Subang.

Deputy Director of Bank Indonesia West Java, M. S Santoso revealed that the project at Perumda is one of the triggers for a bigger trigger because Subang Regency is the best contributor to investment in West Java.

“Related to that, we from BI held an Investment Challenge activity, where each district in Jabr submitted its best investment, and one of them is Subang which has entered the top 5, later it will be contested into the top two,” said Santoso.

The top five Project Investment Challenge 2024 is a collaboration between Bank Indonesia and DPMPTSP, Patimban SPAM Project in Subang, Jatiluhur SPAM Project in Purwakarta, rice to rice processing project in Sukabumi, integrated chicken industry project in Ciamis, and tourism development project in Situbagendit in Garut Regency.

By holding the title of The Best Project Investment Challenge 2024, Perumda can prioritize the handling of proposal preparation, including facilities in terms of promotion, so it is very easy to offer to investors.

“With a lot of investment coming in, this is one of the drivers of the economy, because with investment, it will move sectors, there will be a food and beverage accommodation sector, the trade sector will come in,” said Santoso.

Director of Perumda Tirta Rangga Subang, Lukmanul Hakim emphasized that the visit of the Bank Indonesia Team and West Java DPMPTSP sparked optimism that Perumda could enter the top two in the 2024 Project Investment Challenge.

“Because this Patimban project is supporting the national strategic project, so clean water is a vital need, and in this Port area there is Industry, and this Perumda is the only clean water operator to Patimban and to the industrial area,” said Lukman.

Lukman emphasized that this project is the entrance for investors to Subang Regency, especially to Perumda Tirta Rangga Subang. Lukman emphasized that Perumda itself now needs a lot of tools to handle clean water supply problems.

“Because in addition to Patimban, we will offer a lot, we need technology to deal with turbidity, leakage problems and digital clean water, we cannot be alone because there are 6 industrial areas that certainly need clean water,” he explained.
