location is in Wado District, Sumedang Regency with a

project

area of 60 hectares, and the estimated project value is 1.3 trillion rupiah.

1. Kampung Makmur will build a consortium company with the project

owner PT. Waskita Karya Infrastruktur, where PT. Kampung Makmur will own

a share of 10-15 percent.
