Cianjur Regent Herman Suherman said the area nicknamed 'Santri City' still lacks three hospitals with a patient capacity of 1,500 beds. Herman said that with a total population of 2.6 million people, Cianjur requires a total of 2,600 beds for inpatient treatment. The water to be produced by this SPAM is planned to be taken from the Cimanuk River with a capacity of 1,500 liters/second. 5 regions in West Java will benefit from the presence of this SPAM including Sumedang Regency 100 1pd, Indramayu Regency 450 1pd, Majalengka Regency 300 1pd, Cirebon Regency 150 1pd, and Cirebon City 500 1pd so that the total reaches 1,500 1pd. To realize its development, this infrastructure in West Java requires an investment cost of Rp.10.639 trillion. This budget will later return to the government through a 30-year tariff recovery scheme. Communities in the 5 regions that use SPAM water facilities in West Java will be charged a tariff of IDR 3,390 per cubic meter. Both are the Limited Management Rights (HPT) Scheme based on Presidential Regulation Number 66 of 2024 concerning Amendments to Presidential Regulation Number 32 of 2020 and the Management Scheme for Acquisition of Increased Area Value (P3NK) or known as Land Value Capture based on Presidential Regulation Number 79 of 2024. “In order to encourage infrastructure development, the government continues to increase the effectiveness of investment financing through alternative creative financing policies that reduce the burden on the state budget and encourage private participation,” said Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto at the Launching of Creative Financing Regulations for Infrastructure Development, Wednesday (28/08). Airlangga said that the role of the state budget needs to be focused on pushing Indonesia out of the middle-income trap, namely by optimizing the demographic bonus, continuing economic transformation, increasing investment attractiveness and creating more jobs. One of the efforts made to achieve these targets is through increased infrastructure development. Based on the 2025 Draft State Budget, infrastructure development is budgeted at Rp400.3 trillion, especially for education and health infrastructure, connectivity infrastructure, food and energy infrastructure, and the sustainability of the development of the Archipelago's Capital City. “The budget that has been launched is encouraged to support the Advanced Indonesia Vision 2045 in achieving an infrastructure stock ratio of 49% of GDP by 2024,” he said. Bandung City (ANTARA) - The Bandung City Government (Pemkot) revealed that 123,317 people have utilized the Public Service Mall (MPP) facilities with various destination agencies. Head of the Bandung City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP) Ronny Ahmad Nurudin said that since it was inaugurated in August 2022, public interest in getting services at the MPP has been quite good. “Regarding services to the community, the Community Satisfaction Index for MPP Bandung City is at 93.89 as of June 2024,” Ronny said in Bandung on Monday. Ronny said that the implementation of MPP has been running smoothly and there are no obstacles with an average visit of 300 people per day. “The presence of this MPP, we hope that the community can be very well served. At a very young age, we are sure that Bandung City provides optimal services,” he said. Even for 2024, he said, his party was asked by the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (PAN-RB) to make the Bandung City MPP an inclusive MPP pilot project in Indonesia, in collaboration with institutions in Australia. Furthermore, he said that his party continues to strive so that the Bandung MPP can bring innovation and convenience for the community to get the various services needed. “The collaboration of all existing agencies is needed in order to realize maximum public services,” said Ronny. In addition, he said that the existence of MPP also increased investment realization in the city by providing a number of facilities for granting business licenses for investors, one of which is through the Online Single Submission Risk Based Approach (OSS-RBA) or risk-based licensing. “From the innovations that we build, it aims to simplify and provide certainty on the speed of time and so on for issuing business licenses,” he said.
