This was said by the Acting Governor of West Java, Bey Machmudin, when attending the Plenary Meeting for the 193rd Anniversary of Purwakarta City and the 56th Anniversary of Purwakarta Regency in the Plenary Room of the Purwakarta Regency DPRD Building, Saturday (20/7).

 

In the momentum of Purwakarta's anniversary, Bey said, the West Java Provincial Government will seriously support Purwakarta by building various infrastructure including educational facilities.

 

"The West Java Provincial Government will continue to be committed to the progress of Purwakarta. Such as the development of educational infrastructure," said Bey, reported by RMOLJabar, Sunday (21/7).

 

The theme for Purwakarta Regency's anniversary is "Steps to Build Karsa" which means that every step taken has a noble spirit of change to produce works for the progress of the nation and state.

 

Bey added, Purwakarta has presented impressive progress.

 

"Many proud achievements have been achieved, this progress shows that Purwakarta is able to compete and continue to progress," he said.

 

Meanwhile, the Acting Regent of Purwakarta, Benni Irwan, hopes that this will be a moment for reflection to appreciate the services of heroes in the past by providing benefits to society today.

 

"The commemoration of the anniversary is a momentum for all of us as a very valuable past, as a reference for the future, the present because every achievement today is the hard work of the past. So as a form of gratitude we must all be determined to keep working and provide the best for society," said Benni.

 

Benni also appreciated all parties who had worked together to develop Purwakarta with the aim of providing benefits to the community.

TRIBUNCIREBON.COM, MAJALENGKA - Foreign Direct Investment (PMA) and Domestic Direct Investment (PMDN) realization in Majalengka Regency reached IDR 3.36 trillion.   This data is recorded in the investment realization report compiled through 2,198 Investment Activity Reports (LKPM) throughout the 2025 reporting period.   Majalengka Regent Eman Suherman stated that this investment achievement is a strong indicator that the business climate in Majalengka is increasingly trusted by investors.   "The influx of IDR 3.36 trillion in investment shows that Majalengka is increasingly competitive. This aligns with the Majalengka Langkung Sae development spirit, where economic growth must have a direct impact on the community," said Eman Suherman, Monday (2/2/2026).   According to him, the Majalengka Regency Government is not only focused on the investment value, but also on its quality and impact on regional development.   "We encourage investment that creates jobs, stimulates the local economy, and strengthens strategic sectors. The Government of West Java Province signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PT Deli Indonesia Office Technology to accelerate development initiatives in West Java. The MoU was signed by the Governor of West Java, Dedi Mulyadi, at SMKN 1 Karawang on January 28, 2026. On the same occasion, another MoU was signed with PT CBL Solusi Logistik regarding the development of the Cikarang Bekasi Laut Inland Waterways transportation route in West Java.   Through this collaboration, the regional government encourages companies to prioritize hiring workers from local communities. DPMPTSP West Java Urges Businesses to Submit LKPM Before April 15

The Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Agency (DPMPTSP) of West Java Province has set an ambitious investment realization target of Rp80 trillion for the first quarter of 2026.   To achieve this target, the regional government is urging business actors to promptly submit their Investment Activity Reports (LKPM) no later than April 15.   Head of DPMPTSP West Java, Dedi Taufik, explained that the LKPM results for this period will serve as a crucial indicator to measure the region’s economic resilience. The data will show whether the current global geopolitical escalation significantly affects investor interest in West Java.   “On April 15, we will finalize the LKPM results. This will also serve as an instrument to assess the investment outlook going forward whether the current global geopolitical situation affects investment interest in West Java,” said Dedi Taufik in Bandung on Wednesday (April 8, 2026).   Based on preliminary data held by DPMPTSP as of the end of March 2026, investment realization in West Java has reached Rp50 trillion, or approximately 62.5% of the first-quarter target. The government remains optimistic that the remaining Rp30 trillion target can be achieved as reports from major companies are submitted within the remaining time.   “Our target is Rp80 trillion in Q1 2026. Previously, only Rp50 trillion had been recorded. We hope that incoming reports until mid-April will cover the shortfall,” he added.   Dedi Taufik also called on all industrial estate managers in West Java to ensure orderly reporting administration among their members. In addition, he encouraged regency/city governments not to focus solely on Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), but also to start exploring the growing potential of Domestic Direct Investment (DDI).   In accordance with instructions from the Ministry of Investment/BKPM of Indonesia, non-MSME business actors are required to submit LKPM through the OSS-RBA system. Failure to report business activities may result in strict administrative sanctions.   Dedi emphasized that LKPM is not merely an administrative obligation, but also a protection instrument for businesses. Companies that consistently report will receive priority in guidance, facilitation for operational issues, and support in licensing processes.   “Their reports serve as the basis for us to formulate targeted regional investment policies.
